2 Large kale leaves- stripped from the stems
2 organic eggs
Sea salt to taste
Use a food processor or blender to turn your kale leaves into a puree.
Beat eggs. Combine eggs and kale puree and add sea salt. Scramble eggs in an oiled, non stick skillet over medium high heat. Serve with Avocado and tomato.
