Milks to use with QuickLoss

Choose carefully to avoid milks containing any added sugar or excess carbohydrate. The best milks to mix QuickLoss with are:

  • A2 dairy milk
  • canned coconut milk (may dilute with water if desired)
  • unsweetened soy milk (suitable brands Bonsoy or Australia’s Own)
  • almond milk
  • macadamia milk
  • cashew milk


Recommended Beverages

Remember to drink 8 glasses of water each day. You may also drink tea, coffee and/or herbal tea. Avoid using sugar in tea or coffee; they can be sweetened with stevia or xylitol.


Avoid Constipation

If you are prone to constipation, use the following daily:

  • 1 dessertspoon of LSA plus 2 teaspoons of Psyllium husks in your QuickLoss shake; or
  • 2 teaspoons of FibreTone bowel cleansing fibre in your QuickLoss shake.
