Milks to use with QuickLoss
Choose carefully to avoid milks containing any added sugar or excess carbohydrate. The best milks to mix QuickLoss with are:
- A2 dairy milk
- canned coconut milk (may dilute with water if desired)
- unsweetened soy milk (suitable brands Bonsoy or Australia’s Own)
- almond milk
- macadamia milk
- cashew milk
Remember to drink 8 glasses of water each day. You may also drink tea, coffee and/or herbal tea. Avoid using sugar in tea or coffee; they can be sweetened with stevia or xylitol.
If you are prone to constipation, use the following daily:
- 1 dessertspoon of LSA plus 2 teaspoons of Psyllium husks in your QuickLoss shake; or
- 2 teaspoons of FibreTone bowel cleansing fibre in your QuickLoss shake.
